Image and Imagination: Essays and Reviews by C.S. Lewis

A collection of his work, often occasional.

It gives some interesting glances. A review of The Hobbit that has to start with discussing the genre, which was not a genre in that time, and other works of the Inklings. Discussions of literature in the context of critical works that he reviewed, which does produce an interesting slant -- from collections of Christian poetry to Arthuriana to H. Rider Haggard.
