Another manga of detection and life in the castle -- this time, also in the nearby pleasure quarter where Maomao grew up.
It deals with her analyzing a poisoning in the last volume, and other intrigue, the significance of hairpins, a trick that a courtesan does with a drink, a sister angry because of her sister's suicide, Maomao's owing money, salt, and more.
Nothing explicit, though the setting does show. (And the pleasure quarter is a nasty place.)
