Cloak of Masks

The continuing adventures of Nadia. Spoilers ahead for the earlier books.
As in, it opens with Lydia, Russell's ex-girlfriend, calling Nadia because she recognized someone from when she had been kidnapped. A brief episode later, the person is dead and various allies are getting involved because he has connections to crime, on top of being a serial killer.
Meanwhile, a woman is investigating Nadia because of her brother's death -- back as one of the agents who turned to wolves.
Nadia gets to dig into this. She gets two employees from the first incident but also gets a message from Victoria -- yes, this is quite rife with characters who have appeared before -- about the killer.
This involves a rural college, a very foolish ambush, a lesson in magic, hostages, and more.
