As in, it started with a Brimmed Hat whom we have seen before once again working magical murder. This time, the effect is not entirely as he expected, but it suffices for his purposes -- as it unleashes magical leaches on the city.
Many characters who have appeared before have their stories intertwine. Another Brimmed Hat. Coco having to decide whether to confide in Master Qifrey. The other girls trying to ward off attempts to teach them first aid, and the reaction of the Knights Moralis to the suggestion that they could help. Agott warning Tetia that she could have gotten Coco in trouble. And many more.
Ends with a cliff-hanger and then a look at what's happening to Euini.
