Adventures continue. Spoilers ahead for the earlier books. Also, this is the one at which it struck me that the title is really inappropriate.
After the disaster in the dance class cliff-hanger, it does not really get resolved for the better. Then Blanche comes to her father, much to his surprise, to ask him to resolve it.
It involves his confessing to what his actual problem is, horrifying Abigail by what happened to him, and what one of her actions must have done; matching dresses for her and Blanche; discussing statecraft at the dinner table; the great Foundation Day dance; and more.
