Kill the Villainess, Vol. 1 by Haegi
This one's interesting.
The heroine was isekai'ed into the body of a villainess from a novel she read -- well, mostly skimmed.
Since the villainess ends up executed, she tries to escape by suicide, and finds the book won't let her. She is stuck as the fiancee of the crown prince for political reasons, and sees him flirting with the lovely Helena, the daughter of his old nurse.
The interesting aspect is that her being isekai'ed is the central problem. How to escape? There are several characters who realize it, and one who worries about the woman whose body she now has, who had wished to be gone from her situation. She does tell herself to not worry about the people because they are characters in a novel, but we'll see how that goes.
