The Utterly Uninteresting and Unadventurous Tales of Fred, the Vampire Accountant by Drew Hayes
Book 1. He introduces himself and explains he is telling his tale so you, the reader, have an example of a more mundane monster life than the movies have led you to believe is likely.
He remains an accountant after being turned (not on stage), but it has limited effect on his stories. There are several, so it is a bit episodic, though threads run through them. Starting with his visit to his high school reunion, which not only has werewolves appearing but also the discovery that an old friend is an agent of one of the paranormal branches of the government.
Goes on with a LARP, a zombie friend, Scrabble, Thanksgiving in Vegas, the aversion of horses to vampires, why vampire powers are inconsistent, and more.
