Cloak Games book 11. Significant spoilers ahead. (Note, this is not the last book, though the author had thought it would be.)
Opens right after the cliff-hanger: Nadia, Russell, and Rory all escaped the murder attempt at the end of the book before by jumping through a rift, into the enemies' stronghold. Where they discover it will be harder to escape than it looks. They also share some secrets.
The rest involves an over-loaded phone system, frost giants, a motorcycle, the Inquisition tracking them down, a lot of riftways, many resolutions, and more.
