The Perks of Being an S-Class Heroine, Vol. 2 by Grrr and Irinbi
The isekai continues. Spoilers for the first one ahead.
It opens with the cathedral where the protagonist lives, and their discovery, not of Ari herself, but of the existence of a character like her.
Then it turns back to the first book's plot, with Ari recovering from overusing the power at the end of the first one. She and Bia talk, and they work with the dungeon to make it useful.
Then Bia's grandmother arrives, and some issues are settled, leaving the grandmother grateful to Ari, who asks to visit the cathedral.
That's where the protagonist lives, after all. She has found a loophole in the tutorial.
Intermixed with this are such things as an ability to empower characters -- very few of them are eligible -- the burning of herbs, animated skeletons, the use of the Seven Lively Virtues as a gaming stat having been pulled loose from the cosmology that gave them meaning, disputes among the gods of this world, the children chosen by the Cathedral,
