The Perks of Being an S-Class Heroine, Vol. 3 by Grrr
Spoilers ahead for the earlier volumes.
As in, it opens with the resolution of volume 2's cliff-hanger. This takes quite a bit.
Afterward, the necklace she was given activates, she chooses a skill, potions get a boost, and more about her family leads to more adventure.
I think the tonality of the story shifts a little too far, from grim to not so much light-hearted as a bit silly. It's still fun reading.
